Nova Solis UK Consultancy was founded with one clear purpose: to help international families, entrepreneurs and investors navigate the UK with greater confidence and trusted personal support.
Our founders bring together more than two decades of UK business experience with a first-hand understanding of Kazakhstan, its culture and its people. This combination shapes the way we work — practical, personal and focused on each client's individual objectives.
We work across property, education, business, investment and relocation, helping clients understand their options, develop a practical plan and connect with the appropriate UK professionals and services when needed.

Natallia has more than 20 years of experience building and running businesses in the United Kingdom. She has founded, developed and managed companies across several sectors, giving her a rare breadth of practical knowledge.
Her expertise spans business planning, finance, budgeting and costing, financial modelling, compliance, recruitment, property and project development. When clients need to navigate the UK's business or property landscape, Natallia brings both strategic clarity and hands-on experience.

Nurzhan F
Nurzhan was born and raised in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where he studied Journalism. He speaks Kazakh, Russian and English.
His first-hand understanding of Kazakhstan — its culture, its people, its way of doing things — is at the heart of what makes Nova Solis different. He bridges the gap between two worlds with warmth, insight and genuine personal connection. With a background in communications and first-hand experience of life in the UK, Nurzhan works closely with clients from the initial conversation onwards — helping them communicate their goals, understand the practical steps ahead and stay connected throughout their UK journey.
